A good, involved story that you really feel you're part of is key to a good game, and usually the reason a potentially good looking game can fail horribly. I never played the other versions of Quake, but I played this one through a couple times and it's still really fun.

Nice graphics, great weapons, generally average sound, controls are normal for any FPS, lots of fun and great replay value. I'd suggest getting this if you haven't already, you won't be sorry!
